MGA-Teambuild is a South African mobile team-building company built on a simple idea: a team grows fastest when it plays, struggles and solves something together. We started with school grade camps in the Eastern Cape and now facilitate for corporates, churches, NGOs and community organisations nationwide.
Every programme is customised. We ask what you need — communication, discipline, leadership, morale, integration after a merger — and we design the day backwards from that goal. Then we load the bakkie and bring the whole experience to you.

We are based in the Eastern Cape and run team-building days across East London, Mthatha, Gqeberha, Queenstown, King William's Town and the surrounding rural districts. We also travel nationally for larger bookings — travel is quoted transparently up front.
We comfortably facilitate groups from 20 to 200+ people. Larger groups are split into managed teams, each with its own facilitator, so nobody stands on the sidelines.
No. We are a mobile team-building company — we arrive with all equipment and run the programme on your school field, church grounds, office lawn or hall. If you'd rather go off-site, we arrange a partner venue for you.
Every programme has an indoor alternative built from the same objectives. We confirm the plan with you the day before and never cancel a booked date without offering a free reschedule.
Yes. Our facilitators are trained in first aid and group safety, all equipment is inspected before use, and every activity is adapted to the age and physical ability of the group.
Two to four weeks is ideal, especially in the busy March-May and September-November school periods. Short-notice dates are sometimes available — send a WhatsApp and we'll check.
